Healthy Suggestions?

  • So I work three 12hr shifts a week. I find that on days I work I eat very unhealthy. I pack whatever is convenient (usually junk food or ramen noodles) and after work I hit up fast food joints because I'm too tired to make something. I really think that is my downfall. Anyway, can I have suggestions on easy healthy meals I can make and bring with me on the days I work.
