WW post Bernstein
 

Hi everybody... done a search and didn't find info I was hoping for.

I have decided to do the Dr. Bernstein diet for eight to ten weeks, to kick start a weight loss. I was stalled out on Smart Points. But after Bernstein, Smart Points seems like an all you eat buffet.

My question is this: has anybody ever tried to maintain (and keep losing at a moderate pace) Bernstein loss by going on Weight Watchers.

Supplement: was there a significant rebound, if you did? Did the switch from Bernstein to WW work?

Thanks. Bernstein is hard... regain from it legendary... I am trying to figure out a plan.
