Diet after surgery
 
I had a nissen fundiplication done for reflux in December 2016. He told me I would lose weight because of diet restrictions no bread no meat for a month so I've been doing protein shakes because they seem to be tolerated along with soft foods. I'm not losing weight I need suggestions please. I currently weigh 217
