Thyroid diet
 

My wife had a complete thyroid economy this past October and is having a difficult time losing weight. Because of this she gets depressed and moody. I understand her struggle, and she does well with what she eats. Does anyone have any recommendations for special diets for people in the same situation?

I had my thyroid took out due to cancer on synthroid med and in the same boat as your wife. I have started a diet with a blood type ,I am A plus so it is veg,fruit and fish mainly oc. chicken. Not all fish I can eat either. Not very fun of it but I have stopped gaining weight, that I am thankful, not loosing yet but only been on it for a week. You can go to google and google in blood type diet and find the diet.
