Silent reflu/diet plan
 

I haven't been on in a while due to some health issues. I was diagnosed with Silent Reflux (LPR) over a year ago and it has been a roller coaster. It is hard to find information on it regarding diet and most people confuse it with acid reflux. Does anyone else suffer from Silent Reflux and if so, have you found that you can control the symptoms by diet? I have been on Prilosec for over a year and I feel like it is not a drug I want to be on long term.

Any help or advice would be most appreciated.
