Nutrie - Automatic Body
 

Hi guys! Some of you may have heard of Nutrie - Automatic Body by Kim Lyons. My cousin tried this last year with a lot of success so I'm giving it a try too!

I am actually a real person by the way, not some robot going around trying to stir up business for this company. My cousin is real and I'm really trying this (with no commitment to it myself yet other than the sample trial run), and I have no idea if it works or not yet. But I like their concept: change one thing every day. I also like their app, which is going to give me reminders to drink water, exercise, eat a healthy snack, and so on. 30 days of the app comes with the trial, so even if you don't want to buy the products, you can try that out (which is likely what I will do).
