Is anyone doing the gabriel method?
 

I tried twice, maybe 3rd times the charm. I just read Jon Gabriel's book and wondered if anyone else here is using it ?

Hello, I just started reading The Gabriel Method book and it is like Jon is talking directly to me and telling me, Hey Katie, you are not alone and this will work for you. I am thankful to Jon for writing this book. Finally there is something that I can actually do to lose weight – reprogramming the mind makes so much sense to me! Cheers :)

I haven't tried it but I know people who have, yes it works :) It seems impossible but yes, it is real!

I just wondered how people have done with the Gabriel Method? I have tried on this site and on Sparkpeople to see how they were doing. It looks like the people following it on both sites kind of fizzled out. I am not sure if people stopped posting on it because they lost their weight and weren't on the forums any more, quit the plan or stopped posting for some other reason.
