The Cruise Control Diet
 

Is there anyone that has purchased and used this diet? All the reviews I have found have been more like advertisements. It sounds promising but don't want to purchase a SCAM. Thanks in advance.

So no one responded and I decided not to order it. But it did get me to do some research myself and I came across Dr. Hyman and I'm following a more whole food approach. After 1 week I have lost 6lbs without starving or excercise.

Never heard of this diet but you've made me curious and I'm going to have a look and see what others are saying.

It seems that this is a relatively new diet and there aren't as much details as for other diets but i will keep searching. Let us know how it goes with Dr. Hyman's advices.

It says it is by somone named James Ward. Also found two free downloads. What's with that?

I've been doing good. Took some time off for the holidays but otherwise sticking to a whole food approach and feel great.
