Fat burning soup! help!
 

Hi guys!
a lot of people have been telling me about the fat burning soup ,they say u lose a lot of weight in one week, but i'm just wondering if the loss is so quick does it have a yo yo effect? or is it safe? :?:

If it is the cabbage soup diet, I don't know much about it, but it is a very low calorie diet. You probably would lose weight because you aren't eating much but I think you are right that you would gain it back

Yeah, you'd probably lose mostly water weight and when you went back to your regular eating habits you'd gain all the weight back, if not more. That's just the way "lose weight fast" fad diets work.
