I saw an infomercial on tv and of course it looks easy (Don't they all).
Wondering if anyone has tried this or heard any reviews? It was the first time I saw it.

I haven't tried it, but I've watched a lot of videos on YouTube. Sadly, most of them seem to be from people who sell the product, but, I really, really like the concept. Two of my downfalls include a lack of meal planning and portion control issues. With this concept, it gets you into the habit of planning your meals and understanding portions that are appropriate for you.
I did a lot of research online and found out the container size breakdown and how I could make that work for my own life without buying the program. I also calculated the calories I would need and how many containers of each size/food group I could have. I know, armed with this information, I could implement the basics of this plan in a way that would work
for me.
I hope that was a little helpful, even if I couldn't really answer your question. I guess I'm trying to say that you may not need to buy the program if you're just looking for help in certain areas.
But, if you want more details, definitely look at some YouTube videos, keeping in mind a lot of them are selling the product(s).
