Starting the BEAD DIET!!!!
 

Hi All!!!
I'm back at it after having a baby 7/1/12 and STILL haven't lost the 30 lbs I gained :nono: I was on the bead diet right before getting pregnant and lost just under 20 lbs really quickly. I am not going to lie, it was tough. I like eating and had it not been for the quick results, I wouldn't have stuck with it as long as I did. Well, now we are thinking about baby #2 and I cannot be this weight starting off my pregnancy. I am hoping to lose at least 25 lbs by April. We'd like to start trying then and we have a trip to California to visit his family then also... i'd be nice to be a little lighter for the trip. I thought I'd start a thread to chat, keep motivated as today is day 1 for me and I am having a milk day and frankly, it's fun to read about other people in the same boat!! Let's do this!! ;);):cheer2:
