Has Anyone tried this "good fat" diet? I just ordered the book and am waiting for it to come.

I have been reading a lot about it lately......

I've got the GOOD FAT Cookbook, Is that what you are talking about? I don't rememer anything about coconut oil in it, but I'll check it out again.

I got my initial info from a Woman's World article.
Then I heard a medical doctor on the radio talk about the
benefits of coconut oil (she was actually trying to sell another product).

Then I read info at this web site:

Is this the book that you re speaking of?

Yes that's the book. I still haven't looked in it to see if it has anything about coconut oil in it.
