Digest Diet

Has anyone tried the Digest Diet? I ordered the book and am awaiting it's arrival to see if it is something I might want to try. I guess it's from Readers Digest and it is supposed to be a transitional type diet to get you to a healthy eating plan for life but I am only relating what I read on the website.

I forgot to add that it says it is only a 21 day plan but after the 21 days or 3 phases you continue to eat the way you were by the end of it.

Yes. I used it for the beginning of my weight loss journey and it really helped me get to where I am now.
