Eat Yourself Slim by Michel Montignac

  • I'm currently reading the book by Michel Montignac called Eat Yourself Slim. It was reffered to me by a friend of my sister's. Apparently, he's a health-freak and has read and is following points in this book. It's not about counting calories, carbs or fat. It's about eating different things at different times of the day (what I've heard). I haven't gotten far in the book yet so I can't be sure. I just wanted to see if someone had read this book and their thoughts on it.
  • Sugar Busters was based on Michel Montignac's work. It is interesting and it does work. It is basically the glycemic index/load of foods that count in his diet approach. I followed Sugar Busters for many years...there is a thread on here with a few of the long time SBers....and still use many of the things I learned from it. I have read Montignac's book and I have his cookbook. Its been a few years tho, so I don't remember specifics right now. Its good stuff tho!
