Default how many inches gone?

How many inches did you lose with a 50 pound weight loss?

I actually have more than that to lose, but I wanted a good general number. I need to lose almost 100 to be at goal and in healthy BMI range. But I was wondering what I could expect as far as change in measurements along the way.

I am at 45lbs now. I went from a 46" Bust, 45" Waist and 47" Hips to a 38" Bust, 30.5" Waist, and 40" Hips. Everything else, including shoe size also went down. Clothing size was an L/XL to now an S/M.

I lost a lot of inches due to exercising. So, how much you will loose will determine also on muscle gain, not just weight loss.

This happened over a year of dieting and 18 months of exercising. I am so glad I started. It seemed impossible in the beginning because I have a very hard time loosing. I just ignored downs and plateaus and took one day at a time. You will be amazed a year from now.
