looking for generic IP
 

Hi I'm new here and I would love to join the Ideal Protein diet, however its too much $$$. I think I could swing the cost of the food but there seems to be the added cost of the visits that would be too much all together. stupid question but is there a generic Ideal Protein diet? If so, where can you find it? Or do you know of another diet that cheaper and works just as well? sorry haven't had any luck with weight watchers. I cheat like crazy...need to follow a strict plan

How much are you being charged for the visits? Where I am doing IP, except for an initial $100 consultation (which wasn't worth anything, IMO) the only charge is the food.

I've been wondering about cost differences too. I know two other people on IP who pay two different prices and both are a LOT less than my $140 a week. I don't understand the discrepancies.

I haven't joined IP yet. I know someone who has joined it was 315 to start..not sure what else that included....
