So Im new and working on my game plan. I am 203lbs and my goal is to lose 25lbs by July 22 (my wedding day) In the past when I decide that I want to lose weight it is always late spring early summer and all I have to do is walk every day for maybe a mile possibly a little less and I lose weight not really watching what I eat so much and in about 3 or 4 months I lose around 30 lbs but as soon as the cold weather hits I am back inside an gain all the weight back so this time I need to just keep exercising even after it gets cold.
So I know I should watch what I eat for general health reasons. My question is what would be the best eating plan for me? I hardly ever over eat thats more of a thanksgiving dinner Christmas situation than general day to day but I do not choose the best food for me. I find if I try to restrict my diet it works for a couple days and then I will just binge eat for an entire day all kinds of gross foods that I would not have even eaten in my regular eating habits.
The only thing I know for sure is that I need to eat food with alot higher fiber as I am not regular and I know that isnt healthy and is only helping me gain weight.
Suggestions?
