Just about every day I have:
Morning: 3 eggs wrapped in a low carb high fiber tortilla wrap. (Sometimes a greek yogurt bar as well)
Around 11:30: A protein bar with 19g of protein. It is called "Pure Protein"
12:15: An apple with either mini wheats or a salad.
3:30: A bowl of cereal (Special k) or two. And something else. Like, today I had that and some fish.
Then the rest of the day I do not eat much and just run on the treadmill. If I am hungry, I eat carrots after I am done.
Am I doing something wrong? I have been binging a lot lately and I really want to lose weight. Is this what I should be eating every day? I'm just getting so frustrated because I've ranged between 147 and 140 pounds for a month now. I am aware that this is because of the binging, I just want to know if the diet I have listed above is ok. I want to lose about 20 more pounds.
