question about making smoothies
i bought some frozwn strawberries because the store i was at didnt sell fresh, i was curious how much should i add for one glass? thanks

I find half a cup works really well for me! Here is my smoothie recipe:
1/2 cup soy milk/orange juice/skim milk- whatever you like! 1/2 cup of frozen fruit 1 scoop of protein powder 2 tbsp flax seed (ground) It blends together really well on "liquify" and keeps me full until lunch! It's about 300 calories or so. You can also add a ripe or frozen banana for some more sweetness! Enjoy! PS- Eating it out of a wine glass makes it extra fun! |
