I just thought I would post this, not sure anyone cares. I just heard on the news that Dr. Adkins has died. That is so sad, especially the way it happened.:( :angel:

I heard about Dr. Atkins and I feel very sad too. I have done his program several times. I know a lot of people don't agree with his weight loss program but he sure has a lot of followers that do. I know several people that have had success with his plan. He will be missed by millions..
