A friend of mine said this is the diet that finally helped her lose those last 10 pounds. I've been trying it out for the past week and I'm down 2 pounds. The best thing is all the new food items/recipes I've discovered with this book like a delicious very low cal caesar dressing and shiratake noodles. Where have I been? I've never heard of these noodles but once I googled for more recipe ideas for these, I've found loads of them. It's going to be a staple for me. I did a search for this diet on 3FC and couldn't find it. Is anyone else familiar with this book/diet?
