Protein!!!!
I was wondering right now I eat around 50-60 grams of protein daily. I was told it was not enough for someone over 300 pounds. I read 0.8 grams per gram of body weight, 0.8 grams per kilo of body weight and I read 60 grams for a male.
Does anyone know what amount a 300 pound man should eat daily. I feel like I am not getting enough though. Thanks |

I heard it's a gram per lb of weight This is from a website

So by 0.8-1.5 grams per pound I would need to eat from 257.6-483 grams pf protein daily. That seems like way too much...
