Daily Water Intake w/Powder Mixtures

I enjoy having Crystal Lite or any no/low calorie powder mix added to my water for the taste. My question is, can I still count the mix drink as part of my water intake or does water have to be 100% water with nothing added to it?

Any help would be appreciated.
