determining body frame size for weight charts
Hi everyone,
Maybe this is a weird question, but has anyone tried to figure out their body size to figure out what weight you should be?? I tried doing the measurements of my wrist and then my elbow. I have always thought that I was a larger framed woman, but the wrist says a have a small frame and the elbow measurement says I am large frame, lol. They say that they elbow is more accurate, but I am just wondering if anyone comes up with discrepancies with their measurements. I have always had very long and skinny arms and legs but feel that I am a larger framed woman anyways. |
yeah, I've always had a hard time with small/medium/large frames. and then some of them go into endo/meso/ecto body types.
I think when we are overweight we like to say we have a large frame since it's sorta of an excuse for the weight... and when we lose weight we find out we really have a small frame. |
I figure that until and unless I'm close to not being fat, frame size doesn't matter.
How much of my size is fat as opposed to bone and muscle becomes clear when I'm littler. |
