As everyone's ideal goal weight will be different. However, a good way to determine your ideal goal weight is to calculate your body mass index (BMI).
Your BMI is a measure of how heavy you are for your height. To calculate your BMI, divide your weight in kilograms by your height in meters squared. A BMI of under 18.5 indicates that you're underweight, a BMI of 18.5-24.9 indicates that you're normal weight, a BMI of 25-29.9 indicates that you're overweight, and a BMI of 30 or more indicates that you're obese.
