i've tried other foods numerous times, its just not going to happen.....dont get me wrong, my life-time food intake hasnt been just fast food or etc... theres just some things ( that admittedly are more healthy for me) that i cant eat.... i'm not in dire straits that i need to lose weight so bad that i will force myself to eat something that i absolutly hate, that aside i believe i have been eating alot better this past 4-5 weeks than i ever had in my life, so i really dont see the need to force myself to eat something that " i cant stomach" .....it's almost akin to to telling a vegan they need to eat chicken or fish to get more protein ( in my mind atleast ). I did raise my calorie intake to 1450 yesterday, and cut down my run a little bit.
I dont workout yet, besides my walking ( aprox 3 miles everyday at a 15 min mile pace ) and running 1 mile ( 4-5 days a week on top of my walk at a 9-10 min pace with jogging/walking/sprints involved.....( smoker ) but i do plan on starting the P90x program soon, once i get my food intake at an acceptable steady intake and when i feel my cardio is up to par |
