Another option would be to make a small vegetarian dinner like the fettucine alfredo or marinara pasta variety, and grill or bake up a real chicken breast to go with it for dinner...you can have a great fillign dinner for less than 500 calories this way-and you are totally satisfied. I buy the boneless skinless chicken breasts in the bags in the frozen section, so I will always have a quick entree-I throw one on the grill in the summer, and throw it in the oven with a tablespoon of barbeque sauce or some spices in the winter-they are under 200 calories, and conventient to make.
