I'm looking for a diet meal plan to follow im they type of person who needs a guide to follow.I told myself I'm gonna stick with this diet for a month and see how it goes. Anyone have any meal plans you can share with me?

I fall in the calorie watcher group of people. So my plan involves an honest account of my calories and adjustments for what is a healthy range.
