Diet Suggestions for Adderall/Lexapro taker w/ busy schedule
 

I'm just wondering if anyone has some good suggestions for someone who is on adderall.

I do generally have appetite suppression from my medication, but I have to make sure to eat to keep fatigue and mood swings at bay. I can be pretty busy during the week, and I've been finding it difficult to keep good snacks around that are portable, and instead turn to okay snacks and bad binges once I get home for the day.

What are the best snacks/meals that are easy to transport on the go? :?:
I'd love to have a good light snack for in between breakfast and lunch / lunch and dinner, or any suggestions for meals-from-home that would work well too are much appreciated!

I tend to have some fruit between breakfast and lunch (an apple or a cup of grapes) and then I have chopped veggies for between lunch and dinner. I also usually have string cheese (made with 2% or skim milk) and almonds in my work bag for a quick snack.

I also resort to Kid's Clif Bars when I'm craving something sweet, but don't want to de-rail my day by hitting the vending machine.
