The Juice Diet

I'm not sure if i'm posting this thread in the right section but any who
my name is Melanie and last year I managed to lose 70lbs in 3 months
by eating right and working out for an hour for 4-6 days a week.
I managed to get from 240lbs to 170lbs. Unfortunately I went back up
to 230lbs and I guess my excuse was that I was happy. I went on a love
binge. I got with my first boyfriend ever and felt no need to impress anyone.
Even to this day he is still with me. I know if we were to break up it would
give me the motivation I need in order to lose weight but I have no reason
to ever call it quits with him so therefor I must find the strength to gain
motivation again. I am 22 years old and I still do not have my menstrual
cycle. I know i'm not pregnant because I had the same problem since I was
15 years old and I didn't lose my virginity until I was 21. As a matter of fact
I may not be able to ever have kids which saddens me deeply because some
day I would love to have a family of my own. I have yet to go get checked
out by a gynecologist which I know I should just to be safe.
Enough about me, let me get to the point of this thread.

My brother has been watching a documentary called "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead". I have to say that I was definitely moved by this documentary.
It's about a man who made a life change by doing a fruit and vegetable juice
diet. He managed to heal his body from diseases by this diet rather than going
to the hospital having to go through medical procedures. According to this
documentary there are many things they put into food that we do not even
need and is it any wonder why junk food is cheaper than the healthy stuff?
Intentionally they want us to go to the hospital and pay those high cost medical bills otherwise they would lose money rather than make it.
I decided to give this diet a try and record any changes I feel or see within
myself. I will keep everyone posted and updated. If it actually works I will
definitely recommend everyone give it a try. My brother has been on this diet for 6 days and has already managed to lose 15lbs.
I'm so proud of him. He's over 300lbs and always goes to the hospital for his health problems. I know that if he were to continue this
diet he will no longer be going to the hospital or experience anymore health problems. I think if I were to continue this diet as well,
my monthly cycle will more than likely come back and I will be able to reproduce. :D

Please at least take the time to check out the documentary. If you have Netflix do a search for "Fat sick and Nearly Dead". Here is the website.
