I just tasted that mixed with water. It doesn't have a strong flavor. She mostly uses it in cooking, but I can down it with a little water.

I bought the Almased Quick Start Pack on Amazon once, because I am a huge fan of Almased. The pack contains one tin of Almased and one tin of Diet Drink from SanaExpert. I was positively surprised by Diet Drink. It is very similar to Almased (nutrition and taste) and it costs 11.90. :-)
