So July's only 2 weeks away and I figured I would try to rally some troops early! Anyone interested in a month challenge with me in July????

My goal for July to to exercise at the gym 12-16 times for at least an hour and to have a minimum number of calories burned=500 (thanks to my polar heart monitor for tracking). Anyone care to join me?
