Ever heard of The Belly Fat Cure?
 

I was visiting with an aquaintance today and she said she is on The Belly Fat Cure eating program. She says it is counting fats & carbs. She seems to like it very well and feels it is working good for her. I headed out to my favorite diet websight 3 Fat Chicks to see if anyone has posted anything about it. Sooo... have you heard of it and if so, what do you think??? :?:

I've been doing it for about five months and have lost 30ish pounds. Without any trouble or being hungry or feelings of deprivation after adjusting to the program (you have to break your sugar addiction right away). I recommend it very highly.

My cousin lost 50 pounds on it last year and she has not been able to stick to many programs.There are alot of fampages theat are fairly active on BFC
