hi,i am new-this is my first post...
I am on the Optifast 900 shakes-so far so good
Last October I lost 57 pounds in 3 weeks,had to go off the program but have restarted and have lost 31 pounds in my first week
This is the only shake I have ever tried -hope this helps (somebody)

I use isa genix shakes. I really don't like the taste of protein powder I've used in the past, and I find these have a more mellow taste. I love adding a tbsp of peanut butter and a banana with some ice to mine to make it into a smoothie.
