Fat Smash Diet
 

I just started the Fat Smash Diet on Saturday June 4. I came across this wonderful site and saw there was some activity about this diet but the key word is was. Is there anyone here still doing it? I was hoping to share/buddy with someone.
I am not to familiar with this site so I will say I am sorry ahead of time if I don't get back to you right a way. I am not sure how to follow this post, but I will do my best.:dizzy:

I don't know anything about the diet, but to follow the post... make sure you signed up for email alerts. It's really the easiest way to find out if someone has replied. I'm new to this too... but I rely on email alerts for Facebook and other forums... they're great!

How do you sign up for email alerts? Is it after you post something and at the bottom under additional options, notification type?

On the main menu (purple bar toward the top of the page)... Click the dropdown arrow next to "Quick Links"... click "Edit Options"... Under Messaging & Notification, there is a Default Thread Subscription Mode... on the right, click Instant Email Notification.

I made the change!
