17 Day Diet

Has anyone tried the 17 day diet? My Motherinlaw was telling me about it over the weekend. She knows a couple of people that have done terrific following the plan. I would like more info if anyone has it.

what does it consist of? i know diets that usually dont keep the weight off
although they sound nice
