Thank you all soooo much! I've decided to calorie count and keep a journal. I think that will work best for me. I'm not sure about using online calorie trackers. I'm going to check into a few different sites though. I think writing it down will work better for me. Having the pen and paper right there w/ me at all times. I deffinately do need support. I have my best friend who is also just beginning her weight loss journey too and by coming here, I think I'm off to a great start! My best friend is doing weight watchers and is going to go to meetings. I may go w/ her for additional support and to support her as well :hug:
