CSA-Penny for your Thoughts : )

  • Anybody invest in CSA (Community Supported Agriculture)??? There is one in my neighborhood and I am thinking about doing it, but a little hesitant at the same time because I get really picky when it comes to veggies/fruits.
  • I used one, and it was WONDERFUL for getting me to expand my horizons on fruits and veggies. Since I didn't want waste, I made sure that I learned new ways to cook all of the fun goodies. I googled recipes for things I hadn't seen before, and it took me from "I only eat the same veggies every week" to loving all of the fun stuff each new season brings.

If you can open yourself up to trying new things, a CSA can really expose you to new recipes and ideas that you'd never try otherwise.
