I have heard a little about it like you don't have to cut carbs out of your diet this diet shows you how to implement them correctly so to speak.
Just looking for some information.
If you are not following the carb lovers diet what program are you following and why do you follow it? What sucesss have you had with the plan your following?
I am not currently following any diet plan and thats not working so well
