Would you use alli for .......
 

For breakfast , i have Bran flakes with Semi skimmed milk . Obvisley there is "some" fat in the milk. Would any one bother using Alli with this?

It's not a stupid question, I just don't think there are very many people on this board who use Alli and are knowledgeable enough about its proper use to feel comfortable answering your question with a well-informed answer. There is an Alli sticky thread on the Does it Work category, perhaps post your question there?
