Eating after workouts/Food Journals
Whats the best thing to eat after a workout? I tend to want to get a smoothie or something "fresh" like fruit cup or a parfait. I also am moving towards not wanting a hamburger. When I work out a picture of that hamburger makes me realize, that's why I can't get a good workout out in. Also do you keep a food journal?

I try to work out in the morning, to boost my metabolism for the entire day. So, after I work out, I usually just eat my regular breakfast (which is usually 1/4 cup McCann's Irish oatmeal and a cup of coffee). But, if I work out later in the day, I find the best snacks to be something like a cup of yogurt and some fruit :)
