Black and White plan
 

Hey all

I was a test subject for "It's Black and White, Say HELLO to the NEW You! and omg this plan was amazing I know she just released the booj because out 6 month test subject period was over.

But seriously this diet has it all you eat real food that you make, no expensive shakes, bars, or pill, no exopensive pre packaged bad tasting food, you eat 6 times a day and its food that you like, have you ever heard of ordering pizza while your on a diet well on his plan she shows you how, I saw reults the first week and the weight loss kept coming.

I was looking for any other test subjects o maybe people that bout the book on amazon? I heard she was developing a site with new recipes or possibly writing a second book?
