I'm assuming your talking about "sucralose" which is frequently marketed under the SPLENDA brand? If so, sure...it's totally ok, hasn't interfered with my weight loss. That said, remember...moderation is key in ALL things!

Shazia, I believe "sucral" is the same as or similar to our "Splenda" and is fine for folks who need sweetener.
