is sucral good or bad for weight lose.
i cant take tea without sugar,so my hubby bring sucral for me.
i need to know is it good for diet people like me???

I'm assuming your talking about "sucralose" which is frequently marketed under the SPLENDA brand? If so, sure...it's totally ok, hasn't interfered with my weight loss. That said, remember...moderation is key in ALL things!;)

Shazia, I believe "sucral" is the same as or similar to our "Splenda" and is fine for folks who need sweetener.
