I'm currently on a dieters green tea to help jump start my weight loss. I bought it from a health food store, Its a peppermint flavor so its really yummy with a thin slice of lemon and honey. I drink one a day, when I do go to the bathroom its a little runny but after being on it I don't crave diet soda anymore and I feel more energetic during the day!
"dieters tea" is tea that makes you poop,similar to laxatives...I believe this is the type of tea the OP mentioned(the free sample) I have tried this tea before..in fact I have some in the kitchen,it did not taste good,did not control any cravings-but it did make me poop a lot-not the dieting method I had in mind..but that's the purpose of dieters tea and it says it in the fine print on the box.
My friend drinks Slim Tea. I never drunk it, but I'm a big fan of tea too. I also drink it when I have cravings. I just had a cup now and I feel full. I love my green tea with Jasmine and some splenda
