Hi, CC. Things are a little slow here. I have been feeling a little better. When I went to the doctor, I weighed about 30lb less then 4 yr. ago. I'd still like it to be lower but I am content with that.

Hello Carol. I'd take 30 less myself! We had to go and get new cell phones today, ours were at least 4+ years old, but never had a problem with them, well hubby went cut tree branches in the back yard and his fell in the water, so we went get new ones along with ones for my managers, now I have to learn how to use the thing, has too many functions for me, but you just about cannot get a simple phone anymore. Have been doing better with my eating. Have a blessed evening!! Tammy

Hello.. I have been eating when am hungry, most of the time, lost touch from my stomach hunger and need to connect it back ,since eating from mouth hunger and since holidays are coming..which I need to refocus my mindset...but do love the feeling on eating healthy when am hungry.That is my main goal from now on, along with fitness.
I also ditching the scale..and focus on looking in the mirror,and how my clothes fit..I was wearing a size 3x pants, and now am a size 1x pants. I have a long way to go.. I hope I can become more active on this thread..Until next time, be well.:) :hug: |
Welcome Liliann. Sounds like you have the hang of IE already. I have recently lost a little more weight and some really old clothes that I still like are now fitting. That's a great reward. It's hard, though when few people see it that way, my dh included who just lost 20 lb by a very low cal diet. He's putting some back on, though.

Hi ladies.. I am constant eating from mouth hunger and from being bored. Yesterday ate 2 whole boxes of little debbies cakes and was stuffed and ever since then..doing my best on not eating when my tummy is full. I hope I get my hunger signal back. Have a nice evening.. |
