Extreme Fat Smash Diet

Is anyone else out there doing the Extreme Fat Smash Diet? I just started day 3 of the first week and am at 4 lb loss!

I did EFS a couple years ago and had great results with it. I no longer follow this plan; however, I do incorporate many of the principles from the Fat Smash diet into my current eating plan.

I tried the EFS diet but the calories were much too low for me to make it a lifestyle change, and eating very small meals five times a day was not feasible for my schedule during the day.
