HCG Diet
 

I am not thinking about doing this diet but I wanted to get some insight on it because my friend is going to do it when she is done breastfeeding. You can get HCG injections or put drops of it on your tongue(for those who do not know what HCG is, it is the hormone your body produces in mass amounts when pregnant). Now here is the kicker you only eat 500 calories a day and do little exercise. Now to me this seams like you would be starving yourself on this diet. Yes you would lose weight but it wouldn't just be fat, it would be muscle and visceral fat. And then when you stop the diet wouldn't you gain it all back?

It's banned from discussion here because of how unsafe it is. There's a sticky at the top of this forum about it.

Your basically taking shots/drops so you don't feel horrible while you starve yourself.
