Beginning during TOM??

  • I was curious what people thought about making the decision and implementing a plan to lose weight while on their period. Does it matter when you start? I know for me, at least, I always feel heavier, less motivated, and my entire digestive system is a little bit screwy. Would y'all recommend starting after TOM or just biting the bullet and starting right away? (If there's already a thread for this, I apologize, I'm still figuring out how this forum works.)
  • Eh, i would just go for it. You're not going to go off plan every time you go on your period, every month, right? Start today and be extra kind to yourself!
  • The first two or three days of my TOM I'm usually in a lot of pain, my stomach feels upset and bloated and my appetite is really quite decreased. So for me it would be a great time to start, on the other hand, right before a period I could eat anything put in front of me lol
