Anyone out there that wants to take the Alli journey with me? We can motivate each other to eat healthy, exercise, and take the pills correctly. It can be our little group experiment to see if it works.
Let me know if you wanna do this. We can start in two weeks and follow the plan for a month and see what happens. We can get competitive and make it fun.
